Supports business operations by establishing and monitoring timelines and resources for projects; tracking projects and initiatives; reporting projectstatus to business unit leadership; completing audits and reporting results; following up on deliverables; developing and updating project scorecards;monitoring human resource processes and identifying improvement opportunities; filtering, addressing, and escalating associate concerns; serving ascredit card administrator for the business unit; leading and coordinating training sessions; mentoring and providing guidance to other assistants; andserving as technical coordinator.
Supports human resource and business data analysis and management by collaborating with internal, cross-functional partners to identify, collect,and analyze data; escalating risks and concerns; compiling data for reports and presentations; making data-driven recommendations; utilizingSharePoint and other collaborative tools; creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security andconfidentiality.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying businessneeds; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing oni mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into thedevelopment and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these inexecuting business processes and practices.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
